ABOUT THE BURSAR

The Agricultural Sector Education and Training Authority (AgriSETA) create opportunities within agri-enterprises via education, training and development.

The AgriSETA Bursary was founded to financially assist students within the Agricultural industry to pursue their tertiary studies. The bursary covers tuition fees for University/ University of Technology/ College students.

ABOUT THE BURSARY

Bursaries will be awarded to student within the Agricultural sector, specifically the following fields of study:

Agricultural Farm Manager
Agricultural Scientist
Veterinary

The bursary will be to a maximum value of R30 000 per annum and should be used to pay for tuition fees and textbooks.

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying:

South African citizen
Completed Matric
Studying towards an Agriculture related qualification
Wish to pursue a career in agriculture
Excellent academic results
