At BBM we have always pursued a policy of developing talent from within by building our firm and it’s culture rather than recruiting it. Indeed, it is no coincidence that most of our directors and more than half of our qualified Attorneys were Candidate Attorneys at BBM.
Accordingly, much effort is expended on ensuring that our yearly intake of Candidate Attorneys is made up of young graduates who have the potential to become future directors of BBM.
