ICETEX, Colombia is offering financial grants in return for international cooperation received by Colombia under existing cooperation agreements. These are postgraduate scholarships, taught in Spanish.

Professionals between 25 and 49 years old
Grades equivalent of 4.0 on the Colombian scale of 1 to 5
Spanish fluency required
Admission letter from a Colombian education institution
Minimum of one year work experience in their field of study
Candidates must not live in Colombia or have Colombian nationality
Available to study in second semester of 2017
