Once you successfully complete your degree or diploma, you become a Unisa alumnus. Short Learning Programme certificate holders are not technically considered “alumni”, but remain part of the Unisa family. Either way, we try to maintain our relationship with you.

We recognise the potential in all our graduates to assist Unisa in achieving its vision: to become the African university shaping futures in the service of humanity. By passing on your knowledge and helping current and future students, you continue the cycle of learning.

We invite all our alumni to join our Alumni Association, to share our vision and to help realise a better future by supporting our many educational initiatives through financial assistance and active participation.

In turn, we offer you the opportunity to network with other alumni, to share the benefits of knowledge, and to continue the never-ending, always rewarding process of learning.
