ABOUT THE BURSAR

ABOUT THE BURSARY

Bursaries will be awarded to students currently studying within one of the following fields:

  • Building Science
  • Civil Engineering
  • Construction Management
  • Quantity Surveying

Students will be required to attend compulsory training for one week in July/ July, they will also be required to do vacation work during the holidays.
On completion of their qualification, students must undertake a work-back contract whereby they will work for WBHO for the equal duration as the bursary awarded.

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying:

  • South African citizen,
  • Full-time student, studying towards a BTech/ ND/ BEng/ BSc qualification in one of the aforementioned fields of study,
  • Minimum of 60% average.
