Drafting of court documents
Indexing and pagination of court files
Briefing and consultation with advocates
Serving and filing of court documents
Prepare case law and researches
Prepare cases for trials
Negotiating settlements
Attending court appearance
Drafting of bill of costs
Telephonic follow up with Debtors, Sheriffs, Attorneys and Correspondents
Attend to all general requests from Attorneys and Legal Secretaries

Relationship management
Be an integral part of the management team to ensure that support required from other business units is obtained
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and clients to ensure client retention
Consult with clients and debtors

Reporting:
Analyse legal data for the compilation of management reports
Prepare monthly progress report
oLegal files
oMIS reports

Requirements
No working experience is required

Knowledge and understanding of the following:

- Relationship management
- Reporting
