Cummins Finance Internships 2017 / 2018 in Johannesburg
The Cummins Africa is offering Finance internship programme for the academic year 2017 / 2018 in Woodmead, Johannesburg. Over the course programme you will work in a team to address a real business problem that the company is facing in Africa.At the end of the internship, you will present your recommendation to the Cummins leadership team. This is a two-year Finance internship Development Programme (FDP).
At the end of the internship we will make job offers to join the FDP in February 2018. This development program is a full-time job offer where candidates have the opportunity to spend six months in four different parts of Cummins’ global business such as planning, forecasting & reporting (PFR); operational finance; and internal controls.Participants will receive a stipend and we will also make necessary travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of the internship

Requirements
- Have achieved an overall average of 65% or better (in undergraduate studies). Should you be selected for an internship interview, you will be required to submit a copy of your transcript for verification.
- Have demonstrated leadership abilities through academic, athletic and/or extracurricular/community activities.
- Are looking for a challenging and dynamic experience.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date CV including examples of extracurricular and/or community leadership and any work experience
- Cover Letter (1 page max) explaining what you would hope to gain from participating in the Cummins Africa Finance Winter Internship
- Exceptional students currently completing their Honours degree in 2017.
- Students in all fields of study are welcome to apply.
