Position : Manager Contracts

Area of Speacialization : To ensure that contracts are in place timeously for services and suppliers within the Product Group as per company policies and procedures

Business Unit : Transformer and Switchgear Services

Location : South Africa (Gauteng)

Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• Relevant Legal B.Degree
• Contracts Management (NEC 3) qualification
• Management qualification (MDP, MAP, etc.) will be an added advantage

Experience:
• 5 Years’ experience in Contracts Management with NEC 3 Family of Contracts
• Any experience in Related Product Group environment will be advantageous
• Understanding of NEC Supply Chain Management
• General knowledge of other contracting formats

Skills and Competencies
Skills:
• Extensive customer liaison/commercial negotiation skills and fully competent in Contracts Management
• Computer skills in MS Professional, Outlook and SAP
• Report writing and MS Presentation
• Proficient and good command of the English language
• Logical and Rational thinking

Knowledge:
• Experience and knowledge of the OHSA, Construction Regulations and Environmental Regulations
• Experience and knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO PWC and SABS
• Experience in Contracts Management
• Basic Project Management principles
