 Evaluating SHERQS compliance in the OU
 Monitoring SHERQS assessments in the OU
 Providing guidance and managing SHERQS interface with both internal & external stakeholders within the OU
 SHERQS management positioning and process improvement
 Ensure effective and efficient  Customer Service and liaison
