FASSET Invitation to Bid 2017

FAS/AN/PD/BP/CON856/Y17: Fasset requires the services of suitably qualified service providers from Public
Universities and Universities of Technology as listed by DHET who are able to deliver PIVOTAL (qualifications
registered on the NQF) training programmes mapped to one of the top ten identified scarce skills in the Fasset’s Sector Skills Plan (SSP). Providers should be located in South Africa and may propose academic support
programmes for NQF levels 6 and above. Bidders may submit separate bids IRO programmes that will run
concurrently in one year e.g. bid 1 – improve pass rates from first to second year, bid 2 – improve pass rates from
second to third year, and bid 3 – improve pass rates from third year to fourth year. Alternatively, providers can
submit one bid that addresses all levels. The programme must be concluded by 31st March 2018.
