Incorrectly valuing a company, developing inaccurate excel models to support the analysis, and not understanding the impact of the acquisition on related companies, are just some of the challenges you could face if you are not equipped with robust financial modelling skills and tools.
During this programme, delegates will learn how to unpack a potential acquisition deal and discover how to determine the subsequent value creation or destruction.
