ICT Gijima Learnerships

Besides of information and technology services, Gijima Learnerships are one of the programmes from Gijima Company. They are integrated with Belgium Campus for realizing this programme each year. The learners are offered by ICT (Information and Communications Technology) Qualification in the end of their training. Of course, this qualification is high-quality standard for them to reach better career in International scope. Another qualification is Information technology Business Leadership Programme or simply ITBLP for banking fields also offered by this company specially. This training consists of some specific areas such as Mainframe, Database, Programming and ICT Security Network. Based on their agreement, the training will be conducted for 24 months or 2 years including theoretical and practical learning.

Requirements

After seeing the objective of Gijima Learnerships, it will better if we look for their requirements. The candidates should have the recent matriculation and they already meet the minimum criteria which set by the department. The subjects are Math and English which usually set at NSC Level 5 and Mathematical literacy is not included. The candidates should have no criminal record after all. Their citizenship must be South African and want to be stayed in Gauteng Province. Lastly, the selected candidates should able to do assessments that asked by the programme.
