Outputs: • Analyse coordinate and plan all training and development needs to ensure optimised schedules and economies of scale for area of responsibility • Develop training material present training courses facilitation of training interventions assessments and competency declaration of learners in different disciplines • Assess current EDT status execute a plan and report progress • Identify all training requirements and schedule courses and book attendees on appropriate training • Offer support mentoring and guidance to learners and continuously follow up on their progress • Request print and analyse reports as required and submit to relevant governance forums • Manage development and implementation of a personal learning and growth plan to ensure continued development

PREFERENCE: Preference will be given to Candidates who reside in communities where Exxaro Group of Companies operate.

STIPEND ALLOWANCE: A monthly stipend will be paid to the Candidate over the duration of the contract.
