Job description

Based within our contact centre we require individuals with attention to detail, able to manage task lists effectively and solve problems. You will be provided with workplace skills transfer opportunities and formal external training.
Should you complete the program successfully, you will ensure that all AA Group contact centre agents provide and maintain an exceptional, efficient and friendly service to clients/participants by the ongoing monitoring of performance and coaching where necessary.
