Direct bank or electronic payments do NOT reflect immediately on your student account. Allow 2 working days for processing.

A copy of the bank deposit slip or electronic payment confirmation should be available in the event of a query and specifically during the registration period. Enquiries in respect of the direct deposits for the above mentioned items not reflecting on the student account after the 2 days have expired must be referred to STUDENT ACCOUNTS at studentaccounts@nmmu.ac.za and include the proof of payment.
