North West University Finance Department

Financial Administration is responsible for the full financial function of the Vaal Triangle Campus of the NWU. We have a support function for the successful processing of financial transactions relating to students and staff alike.

The function of the department is to deal with the financial administration concerning students, staff and external stakeholders. This financial administration entails monthly invoicing, reconciliations, sending out of monthly statements, debt collections, handing over of debtors to an attorney, receipt of cash and bank deposits as well as all enquiries concerning financial administration.
