he following instructions must be followed when completing the forms:

• All fields should be completed
• Forms must be signed and if the student is under 18 years of age, the parent / guardian needs to sign as well.
• Certified copies of IDs must accompany the form (8 copies are required) as well as a certified copy of the certificate for the highest grade passed.
• Bursary and hostel applications are only handled during registration.
• Submit forms during the registration period at the College, or,
