Shoprite offers customers direct contact with the supermarket chain through our Customer Service Centre, that can be reached by phoning the Customer Care Line toll-free number (when using a landline) 0800 01 07 09 in South Africa or connect with us via our online feedback form. Customer Care Line is open Monday – Saturday from 08:00-17:00 and Sundays and on public holidays from 09:00-14:00.
At store level, staff and management are trained to assist in providing a satisfying and convenient shopping experience. Shoprite supports the International Code of Consumer Rights, and also adhere to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. We therefore encourage and welcome feedback from customers in order to live up to evolving consumer needs.
