The Tshwane University of Technology is the first university in South Africa that introduced a three-year qualification in paralegal studies (known as legal assistants). It is our mission to provide training of the highest quality and to equip students with theoretical knowledge as well as practical know-how. We also pride ourselves in the fact that our legal assistant students every year have a team that participates in the annual Moot Court contest, which is an international competition open to all universities in Africa.
