UFS Strategic Plan 2015 – 2020
Institutional priorities
The UFS Strategic Plan 2015-2020 will build upon the previous strategy by refining the institutional priorities that are based on the Human and Academic Projects, and the support services foundation.
The UFS will:
• advance the Academic Project by strengthening and enhancing the university’s academic reputation;
• extend the Human Project by improving the equity profile and diversity of its staff; and
• fortify the support services foundation by strengthening and enhancing the university’s financial sustainability.
