Job description

Key responsibilities

  • To create and solicit new business opportunities with key partners and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with both existing and new partners.
  • Provide service to key relationships and support to the sales team.
  • Plan, organize and implement brand awareness/ loyalty campaigns and communications.
  • Compile comprehensive and detailed reports.

Duties

 

  • Representing dotsure.co.za professionally at all times by been well groomed (dotsure.co.za representative dress code and vehicles always clean, interior as well as exterior).
  • Servicing your area of responsibility as stipulated by management on a monthly basis and by doing so seeing as many of our existing dealers, new dealers and or existing or new F&I’s as possible on a daily basis during working hours (as per agreed targets and focus areas set by management).
  • To maintain a good relationship with existing dealers and or F&I’s and to build new relationships with dealers and or F&I’s.
  • To build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with the dotsure sales team and work closely together with them in maximizing results and offering added support.
  • To try and persuade new and lost dealers and or F&I’s to utilize our services by been open, honest and ethical.
  • To try and achieve your sales teams targets at all times by assisting our sales consultants to reach their individual targets by giving outstanding service to our existing and potential clients out in the field or telephonically.
  • Vehicle log books to be kept up to date daily and be available upon request.
  • The previous day’s information on calls done to be made available to management early the following working day.
  • To keep your dealer/ F&I data base up to date on a monthly basis and be available on request.
  • To ensure that every encounter with any business relation of dotsure is both impactful and meaningful by completing adequate preparation ahead of scheduled visits as well as adjusting focus and strategies accordingly.
  • Clear and concise reporting to be conducted to track & record outcomes of visits and business initiatives.
  • Proactively monitor competitions movements, strategies and initiatives to report back findings and work on possible countermeasures.
  • Look for gaps in the market to disrupt the insurance industry and present suggestions/ideas to management.
  • Looking for unique offerings, incentives and or gifts to present to dealers upon approval.
  • Continually make intentional efforts towards contributing to the company culture.

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a sales representative
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Self-starter that has the ability to execute action points quickly.
  • Forward thinking and creative by nature.
  • High level of personal integrity and confidentiality.
  • To maintain high professional standards at all times.

Expertise in:

  • Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office software package, knowledge of the Group’s IT Systems, infrastructure hardware and software.
