Requirements
- A 4 year degree (including B Tech degree) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or
- A BSc degree with Environmental specialisation or
- A B-degree in Industrial Psychology or B-degree in Human Resource Management
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow a programme to gain workplace experience in the field of organisational development
- Execute project-based work related to succession planning and human resource development
- Work in designated areas according to the Mine’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Work according to the applicable Policies and Procedures
- Submit progress reports to supervisors for assessment
Preference will be given to children of employees and candidates with the required qualifications who are residing in the local communities and who are citizens of South Africa.
