Three visas for missions of six months each will be issued to the Digital Explorers, the time for them to train within our different entities while responding to the stakes of the digital transformation of BNP Paribas on an international scale.
The Digital Path offers 10 possible paths , each with a logical and coherent evolution of the missions, which will be co-built with trades and young graduates.
Each course is designed as a logical evolution, based on a coherence between the 3 positions proposed.
A business mentor and HR referrer will guide travelers through their Odyssey during which they will have the opportunity to participate in learning expeditions , trades training and events. Finally, navigation is never done alone within the Digital Path, a true community of explorers.
