  • Matric Certificate (No transcripts)
  • Have an Admission Points Score (APS) of 20 – 24, excluding Life Orientation
  • No criminal record
  • Not area bound
  • Preferably single
  • Comply with the Medical fitness requirement for appointments in the SANDF

  • Applicants between 18yrs and 22yrs 
  • Must have completed Maths and Physical Science: At least level 4 for both subjects

  • Free from physical disability and not suffer from claustrophobia or fear of heights
  • Willingness to be exposed to water activities

Minimum Requirements for Diver Applicants: 

  • Applicants between 18yrs and 22yrs 
  • Must have completed Maths and Physical Science: At least level 4 for both subjects
  • Comply with the Medical fitness requirement for appointments in the SANDF
  • Free from physical disability and not suffer from claustrophobia or fear of heights
  • Be a strong swimmer and willing to take part in general water activities and Pass the SA Navy swimming evaluation
