Learn the art of blending and using Essential Oils Scent has the power to transform our emotions, and heal our bodies. This course will introduce you to the secrets of essential oils; identify, blend and apply the oils – whether it is to complement the treatments you currently offer, or to add harmony and balance to your own life. The true therapeutic value of aromatherapy lies in the fact that the essential oils work on two levels – psychological and physical. For example, Ylang-Ylang is used for depression as well as for treating high blood pressure.

Entrance Requirement

Grade 10 (Std. 8) or equivalent, or relevant work experience.

Course Duration

You should be able to complete this course within 12 months.

Assessment

All the required assignments must be completed and sent to the College for marking. All assignments must be successfully passed in order to obtain the award.

Award

On successful completion of this course, you will receive your INTEC Art of Aromatherapy Certificate.
