Ascertain yourself with the information available at the link “Guidelines and General information pertaining to applications” and thereafter you may apply by either using the link

“New application” to obtain admission to the electronic application form that you can submit electronically to the University after completing it, or
You can print the application form, complete it and mail it to the University

If you have not previously applied for studies at the University, it will be compulsory to supply information in order for the system to generate a student number. As a further security measure you will also have to choose a PIN to use in future.
