About:
Deltamune (Pty) Limited is a world class South African-based biotechnology company. Our focus is on veterinary and public health offering both vaccines and diagnostic tests on a commercial scale. Deltamune’s veterinary vaccine range includes registered and autogenous vaccines for poultry, ruminants and other species.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintaining employee files including scanning, saving and filing documents
- Capturing of all employee training and collecting of supporting documents
- Compiling and printing monthly attendance registers
- Sending out birthday, farewell and work anniversary cards
- Assisting with recruitment for example scheduling interviews and declining candidates
- Regularly updating BBBEE supplier and skills informationgathering sheets
- Providing support to the team by assisting with any other functions
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management
- Knowledge / Experience:
- No previous work experience
