2019 Mazars Business Development/Marketing and Comms Intern
Mazars is seeking a graduate for a position of Business Development/Marketing and communications Intern.
Based in Johannesburg, the trainee will assist the manager in charge of the International Business Development.
About
Mazars in South Africa has established a dedicated French Desk to assist French companies throughout their corporate development process.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate to the organisation of events with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Embassies (example, co-organized BEE conferences);
- Participate to the organization of the social committee’s events (ex, Year End Function);
- Participate to the organization of Mazars Seminar in Paris;
- Participate to the organization of CFOs lunches with prospective clients and other potential events (example, European Forum, Mazars Football Tournament, etc.);
- Create a Website page and Social Media pages (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) for the International Desks, and upload news/articles/pictures on a weekly basis;
- Identify interesting sponsorships (example, Tartuffe exposition planned in 2017);
- Create and manage the different databases of prospective International clients;
- Participate to networking events in the different International communities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Adaptability and flexibility;
– Good presentation skills;
– Good written English;
– Creativity;
– Foreign language speaking skill is a plus.
– Relevant Bcom Marketing Degree/Higher Diploma
