Job description

To provide support to the businesses and staff members.

Duties can include:

• General clerical tasks, such as responding to emails and answering telephones, as well as administrative jobs, including sourcing, quoting, project/event coordination.

Will get involved in the sourcing of elements from client brief and quoting accordingly.
Event planning and coordination which includes sourcing, quoting, suppliers coordination, delivery, setup and strike down.
Small activation installations – setup of banners and point of sale in stores.

Will get involved in finishing off printed elements (small scale) – vinyl application, trimming and assembling.

Will be required to drive (in company vehicle) to deliver and collect elements to clients and/or suppliers.

Requirements

• Must possess excellent communication skills – strong oral and written skills, and the ability to communicate well with others including clients. Must be able to work independently and on a team with other professionals.
• Knowledge of computers, software and word processing programs is necessary. Must also be able to operate general office equipment like a multi-line telephone system.
• Must have a valid drivers licence and own car (non-negotiable).
