AIFA welcomes applicants from all over the world, whether they are from airline groups or self-sponsored individuals.
AIFA prides itself on the rich cultural diversity of our Cadet compliment and we boast cadets from China, Mauritius; Seychelles; Kenya; South Africa and Nigeria.
Our strict admission policy adheres to the requirements of our Airline Customers and will ensure that all enrolled cadets have the aptitude for becoming a well-rounded and professional pilot.
The selection process entails the following:
• Assessment of English proficiency
• Personality questionnaire
• Psychological Interview
• Psychomotor and Cognitive ability assessment
• Panel interview of shortlisted candidates
Upon successful completion of the selection process, AIFA will be more than happy to assist with visa applications should one be required.
