Key Performance Outputs:

• Monitor and assess budget as well as providing inputs to the budget.
• Respond to draft internal and external audit reports with management comments and implement agreed recommendation within timeframe.
• Manage activities in line with processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance to relevant statutory regulations, SOP€™s, operational standards, policies and practices.
• Implement, monitor and maintain financial controls / accounting systems for the recordation of all transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly financial transactions.
• Post journals or relevant system.
• Assist in preparations of year-end financial pack.
• Review monthly general ledger reports.
• Manage the debtors control function.
• Manage the entire payables function.
• Support the cash management function.
• Ensure timely, accurate collations, analysis and presentation of financial information.
• Ensure necessary information relating to AP, AR and Cash at site it submitted.
• Provide inputs to Corporate for compilation of month VAT returns.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Finance relevant 3 years Bachelors Degree
• 3-4 years Fixed Asset Accounting operational experience.
• 1 year Fixed Asset Accounting supervisory experience.
• Code B drivers license is essential
• Intermediate knowledge of Ms Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of ERP System.
