Arts Culture Bursary Application From KZN Department Of Arts And Culture

The opportunity to join arts culture bursary application is given to those qualified students with keen interest to aim qualification in arts and culture sectors. The mission of the bursary 2017 program is that to accommodate talented students to finance their tertiary education. Students who intend to continue their education within archival studies, restoration & conservation, anthropology, non performing & performing arts, languages, graphic design, fine art, and jewelry design, are allowed to apply. One more, the bursary is given only for qualified students who continue their education at public tertiary institution or private institution if there is special case.

Interested students can participate to arts culture bursary application only if; (1) you have grade 12 or matric qualification, (2) you are KZN residents whose age around 18 to 35 years old, (3) provide provincial admission taken from public higher institution. Nevertheless, the bursary opportunity is not only for newly registered students, but also for students who are studying arts and culture at public higher institution. In the case that you are applicants with disabilities, don’t hesitate to apply the bursary program. Potential bursars will obtain stipends/meals, tuition fees, prescribed books if requested, and accommodation.

However, the bursary will not cover admission fee or any other thing that isn’t mentioned above.
