Presenter: Roxanna Nyiri

Roxanna has extensive transfer pricing experience in a consulting and auditing role. She consults to large Multinational Enterprises on all aspects of transfer pricing, including supply chain planning, optimal global structuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligences, tax authority response and negotiation and competent authority submissions. She has been on both sides of the market fence as a transfer pricing specialist for large audit firms in South Africa, the USA and Canada and in financial positions in diverse industries. She was also instrumental in establishing the transfer pricing unit at the South African Revenue Service. Roxanna holds B.Com, H. Dip (Tax Law) and M. Com (Tax – Transfer Pricing) qualifications.
