Job description
A well-known financial services organisation are looking to employ a call centre agent.
The individual will be responsible for:
- All incoming contact mediums and all related administration, develop and
- Maintain development.
- Manage and adhere to established service level agreement and investigating clients queries
Requirements
- Grade 12/ NQF 4 equivalent qualification
- Ability to speak African languages
- Two years’ client services call centre experience, dealing with calls and admin function
- Understanding of long-term insurance industry and in-house systems
