CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS OF WORK – GREATMORE STUDIOS AND THUPELO CAPE TOWN
Greatmore Studios and Thupelo Cape Town invite you to contribute towards their joint group exhibition entitled TAG opening on 17 February 2017.
The show will be hosted at Greatmore Studios with a satellite booth at the Cape Town Art Fair. The exhibition comes at a transition phase for both organisations as they embark on the next chapters of their shared histories.
You are invited to send in finished artworks for consideration as well as material such as fliers, posters and photos which reflect the histories of these organisations. The peripheral material collected will be compiled into a visual archive and represented in the exhibition. As the title suggests, the TAG exhibition also invites the greater Thupelo and Greatmore network to write their names, share photos, reflect on their experiences and share hopes for the future of these sister institutions.
