In the early 2000s she joined Vodacom Service Provider and changed direction into Human Resources, where she made an invaluable contribution to the merger between Vodacom, GSM and Teljoy creating the Vodacom Group SA (Pty) Ltd.

EMI Music SA head-hunted her and she joined the team as the Head of Human Resources and Credit Management. Ms Mosuwe also served on the board of EMI Music SA.

Her next undertaking was with Group Five Construction as their HR Director for the African continent where she again made a tremendous contribution to the field of HR, and labour relations.

After a long successful corporate career, she was ready for a change and took on the challenging role of entrepreneur as a Vodacom franchisee. She has won numerous franchisee awards and international incentives and her store is one of the top Vodacom stores in SA.
