Minimum Requirements
Eskom recently completed a process of optimising Eskom’s top leadership structure to make Eskom more effective, efficient and aligned to its strategic direction. This process led to the reduction of F band roles from 21 to 9 whilst several roles have been regraded. Eskom’s sustainability and the containment of its costs remain paramount priorities. As stated in the employee communique’ dated 23 December 2018, certain critical high-level positions have become vacant. All are vital positions for Eskom’s continued operations and its ability to supply South Africa with its services.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• B  Degree or B Tech in Business Management
• Plus Post Graduate Business management qualification

Experience:

• 10 Years extensive experience at a senior management level in a global business  and energy environment
