Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• B-Tech Qualification
• Preferred: Professional Registration Body: Registration with SACPCMP as professional construction Manager.
Experience:
• 5 years construction Management experience

Key Responsibilities
• Monitoring projects and controlling cost, time and quality
• Provide execution management, supervision, direction and monitoring performance of the installation and erection by contractors
• Effectively reporting on projects
• Providing a project construction coordination function and managing a team effectively
• Managing the safety health environmental quality (SHEQ)
• Direct and coordinate the daily activities of their assigned construction area
• Ensure execution of construction is in accordance to project specifications and drawings.
• Support Commissioning of a Project
