Experienced Head Technician / Mechanic Required to Manage the maintenance requirements of a heavy plant operation in forest clearing application
- Must be hands on, and delegate to others.
- Control and plan work load, work unsupervised
- Must have a good knowledge of heavy equipment
- Must be well organised with good administrative skills
- Must plan and implement all service intervals to all equipment
- Must document all equipment and apply preventative maintenance measures.
- Computer literate
- Compliant in H&S
- Own Tools an advantage
- Good Knowledge of Hydraulics, Electrics, and Diesel Engines.
- Knowledge of welding and metal fabrication
- Must have clean drivers licence
- Must be available 7 days a week and be able to work non regular hours
- Must be a problem solver and fixer.
