Vacation work for the November/December holiday period of 2017 (exact date to be confirmed). We accept candidates from leading universities in South Africa.
The programme is open to candidates who want to do articles in 2020 as well, so not only penultimate year students.
The programme lasts for at least 1 week, in which successful applicants are exposed to the different aspects of Fasken Martineau’s business in Johannesburg.
All successful applicants are also guaranteed an interview for articles starting in 2019.
Required Skills
1) Currently registered as a student at a recognized South African University and enrolled in their penultimate year of study (e.g. 3rd year of an undergraduate law degree or 1st year postgraduate LLB) or later.
2) Active involvement in all aspects of university life (i.e. leadership, sporting and community activities)
3) Above average grades
Duties & Responsibilities Successful applicants will work in one of Fasken Martineau’s practice areas and be exposed to current matters.
