Key performance areas:

  • Customer service via telephone (90%) and email (10%)
  • Provide customers with general flight information
  • Direct sales and ticketing
  • Handling special service requests
  • Provide telephone check-in services
  • Complaint handling
  • Customer loyalty program
  • Provide airport services (i.e. baggage claims)
  • Online booking support
  • Travel agent support (business to business)

Qualifications and experiences:

  • Matric / tertiary education

Competencies required:

  • Excellent language skills in Dutch (mother tongue) and English
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Keyboard proficient/computer literate
  • Exceptional service and sales orientated
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to think logically
  • Stress resistant
  • Ability to multitask
