We currently have a position for Transformation Graduate.

Job Description

  • To support the development and implementation of current client’s BBBEE strategy by assisting with strategic input and operational elements
  • To provide support with regards to research and other administration involved in new projects/ideas and new business development (sourcing new clients)
  • To support the development of marketing and event management plans by assisting with strategic input and operational elements
  • To provide general administrative and operational support to the senior and junior consultant
  • To source relevant leads of potential clients for Motopi Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the development of the transformation strategies
  • assisting with the drafting or amendments of relevant policies and standard operating procedures.

1. BBBEE Internal Management

  • Supporting transformation with regards to employment equity, BBBEE and related legislation.
  • Assisting with the management of internal BBBEE stakeholders
  • Implementation of enterprise development strategy

2. BBBEE Gap Analysis, Monitoring and evaluation

  • Identifying gaps between the transformation strategy and current status.
  • Driving transformation strategy and review ( quarterly or bi-monthly where relevant)
  • Keeping abreast of update in relevant legislation to ensure that GSK updates its transformation strategy to stay aligned and compliant.
  • Assisting with report writing for head of transformation for the social and ethics committee ( SEC) meeting.

3. BBBEE verification preparation
Training of stuff members on BBBEE and verification preparation.
coordination BBBEE on sight verification, including liaison with verification agencyand relevant BBBEE champions throughout the process.
Calculating what impact different scenario will have on the unverified score.

Basic qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Science or Human Resources
  • Willing to learn
  • Team player
  • Have good communication skill
  • Fast learner
