Description

  • Our aim is to recruit young people capable of reaching a junior management position within 1-2 years, and a senior management position within 8 years.
  • Join us for a 1-year assessment period during which you will report to a senior or middle manager in the organization, work on live assignments and projects that are important to the company and discover your skills and demonstrate your potential to us.
  • You will be responsible for challenging tasks and interesting projects that will inspire you to develop your professional skills and give you exposure.
  • During the year, you will be regularly assessed on your performance, delivery and personal skills. You should be able to prove that you can fit within our organization and add value to it.
  • You will be given regular feedback and will have the opportunity to attend professional training and skill development programs.
  • At the end of the year, our top GDP trainees will be offered permanent positions in any of the IMEA countries.

Requirements

  • Holding a Bachelor degree.
  • 0-2 years work experience, preferably in an FMCG.
  • Being mobile and willing to travel across the region.
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken.
  • Having an entrepreneurial mindset and showing leadership potential.
  • Having high level of commitment and initiative.
  • Having a positive team spirit and good social skills.
  • Previous practical or international experience- through either studies abroad or internships- can be an advantage.
