The revitalised programme affords the incumbent the opportunity to grow within Toyota South Africa Motors under the mentorship of our leaders, in formal training as well as on the job development rotations in multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree [BTech, Bcomm, BSc in Actuarial science]
Graduate Trainee: Economics/Econometrics
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree [BComm/BComm Honours in Economics]
Graduate Trainee: Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree [BTech,Bcomm, BSc in Mechanical Engineering]
Graduate Trainee: Financial Accounting CA(SA)
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must be a registered CA (SA) having completed board 1 and board 2 or partially qualified CA (SA) awaiting results
Graduate Trainee: Financial Accounting
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree [Bcomm in Accounting]
Graduate Trainee: Human Resources
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree [BTech, Bcomm, BSc in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
Graduate Trainee : IT
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree [BTech, Bcomm, BSc in IT]
Graduate Trainee: Legal
Minimum Qualifications: Bcomm Law or LLB Majoring in Corporate Law with articles
Graduate Trainee: Marketing
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree [BComm, BTech in Marketing]
Graduate Trainee: Supply Chain Management
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree [BTech, Bcomm, BSc in Supply Chain Management]
Requirements
Candidates must have a relevant BComm, BTech, BSc or BEng qualification in the above-mentioned fields of study
