Purpose

The HR GRADUATE will be developed in the role as part of a formal development programme to ensure that experience is gained and sufficient skills are available to the business.

Minimum Role Requirements

Relevant NQF 8 (Post graduate Diploma / Honours Degree / Professional Qualification Degree)
Previous working experience will be advantageous.

Key Performance Areas

Programme Objectives – Ensure that all phases of the development programme are completed within the specified timeframe.
Discipline Specific Duties – Ensure that all phases of the development programme are completed within the specified timeframe.
Reporting – Compile a report and arrange discussion of progress with the appropriate supervisor / development stakeholder.
Stakeholder Relations – Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders within the business and communities.

This role reports into the Senior Training Officer.
