MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- Training related qualification NQF 6
- Operator Combination Vehicle
- 5 Year Experience as a Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator
- 5 Year Experience as a Dangerous Goods Driver

Job Specification
Responsibilities:
- Monitor schedules in regions for maximum resource utility
- Create and manage network forum with all trainers
- Monitor Quality management processes as requirement to all relevant legislation
- Review Driver curriculum annually
- Monitor processing on LMS
- Oversee transition of manual files to electronic
- Manage Trainer files
- Update TETA registration for region’s trainers
- Provide training, support and quality audits to allocated countries in Africa
- Facilitate as part of “Train the Trainer”
- Moderate all academies as per agreed plan
- Represent Unitrans for all TETA audits
- Extensive travel required for this position
