We currently have an internship for a legal graduate.
Main responsibilities
- Assessing and advising on the legal contracts that the company is involved with
- Assisting with daily queries from a legal perspective, which could be complex and require an immediate response
- Liaising with external parties with regard to legal matters as and when required
- Ensure that management is informed of any relevant legislative changes
- Monthly reporting as required
Minimum qualifications, skills and experience
- LLB graduate with a strong foundation in commercial/corporate courses
- A working knowledge of the various legal frameworks pertaining to a company
- Excellent communication at all levels and interpersonal skills essential
