Central bargaining mechanical manager required in Douglas.

Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate
Tertiary qualification (preferred)
Five years’ management experience
Valid code eight drivers licence and own transport

Duties:

Ensure overall, supporting and operational guidance of department and spares businesses
Establish and promote the companies culture and favourable working environment
Strategic management of relations and customer services
Ensure optimal growth and strategic positioning within the marketplace
Management of loss control and Safety
