Customer service/rental agent with a licence required in the George area.
Required experience/qualifications
- Matric or equivalent
- Unendorsed code 08/EB drivers licence
- Proven literacy in Excel
- Proficient in English (speak, read, write)
Job responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at every opportunity
- Provide accurate and timeous information to our customers
- Ensure all bookings and special requests are met
- Check-outs, check-ins, vehicle exchanges, etc.
- Deliveries and collections
- Keep management informed of competitive rates/competition in the market
- Daily administrational duties
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Grow and promote the business in the surrounding areas
- Adherence to the company policies and procedures
- Maintain the corporate image of the organisation
Willing and able to:
- Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Work outside normal working hours when required
- Wear the uniform (partly subsidised by the company)
