If you are a development manager with skills in PHP, MySQL, CSS and jQuery, then this opportunity is just the one for you!
Requirements:
- Must have at least two years’ experience in the successful management of a development team is essential
- Able to work with and manipulate big data sets and are comfortable working on Linux based infrastructure
- PHP Framework (Laravel) knowledge
- Containers (Docker) knowledge
- Experience with PHP, MySQL, CSS, JS and jQuery
- The candidate must work by demonstrating a good work ethic, showing strong communication skills and striving for maximum team engagement
Responsibilities include:
- Candidates will be responsible for managing a growing team of senior PHP developers
- Managing the day-to-day workflow within the team
- Setting and maintaining development deadlines
- Allocation of tasks within the team
- Monitoring and managing the team engagement
- Documenting technical requirements where necessary for example for tenders or knowledge transfers
- Managing the flow of work requirements between development and rest of the team
